I offer a variety of approaches based on the needs of the individual. Every person responds differently depending on their life experience and understanding. A few of the mediums that may be used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, and Stress Management. Working together we will find what best meets your needs.
